Teacher training at Corepower Yoga changed my life. It was not just about learning how to safely and effectively guide students through a yoga class, it was about self discovery. TT allowed me to take a deep journey into myself and taught me to live authentically. I expanded my knowledge about the mind-body connection with spiritual and anatomical foundations as well as gained confidence in myself and my abilities. It was an experience I am immensely grateful for. As a teacher, Katya has inspired me to stay true to this journey. She has a way of nurturing her students while passing along extensive knowledge of the practice. Katya encourages students to challenge their preexisting notions of what they think they can do and helps us tap into that all-knowing space inside.
